So we didn't hear anything. Hence the title of this post. Don't know exactly why but will check in on Monday to see what is going on. Not sure if Good Friday had anything to do with it, but then I checked out the Ethiopian Holiday calendar and discovered Good Friday in Ethiopia is celebrated next week! Here is a list of Ethiopian holidays in case anyone cares. I think the one we will celebrate yearly with the kiddo is the Ethiopian new year. Because hey a holiday in September, why not?
