Following our vacation with the whole Hauser side of the family, Grandma Sue came to stay at our home for the week. It was a continuation of good times for the kids, as Grandma did everything with them. Mimi, an aged lady at heart, has always felt at ease with the Hauser matriarch. But this time, Abraham showed a new comfort with our loving house guest, bringing her toys and books, frequently asking “where Grandma at?”, and giving her a little of that 2-year old attitude that he saves for those he cares about the most.
Grandma Sue was such a good sport playing ball, face painting, eating dinner 3 hours early, and so on. She might not be around as much as she would like, but with visits like this she leaves enough fun memories to last until the next time.
